Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airport Operations Manager based in Delhi, India. The Airport Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day airport operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include staff supervision, effective resource management, coordinating with airlines and vendors, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth airport functionality while delivering a high-quality experience for passengers. Qualifications • Expertise in Airport Operations and Airport Management • Strong skills in Operations Management and efficient resource planning • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service in a high-pressure environment • Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for airport operations • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Experience in airport or aviation management is an advantage
