Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Apps Technical Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development. The candidate should have strong expertise in RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow) and solid experience in PL/SQL development within Oracle EBS R12 environment. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 technical components. • Design and develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow). • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries. • Develop Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, and XML Publisher reports. • Build interfaces using APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services. • Perform data conversions and data migration using SQL Loader and other Oracle tools. • Develop extensions and customizations within Oracle EBS modules. • Work on Workflow customizations and Oracle Workflow Builder. • Prepare technical design documents (TDD), MD050, MD070, and other required documentation. • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. Required Technical Skills • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical development. • Hands-on expertise in RICEW components: • Reports • Interfaces • Conversions • Extensions • Workflow • Strong PL/SQL programming skills. • Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports. • Experience with BI Publisher / XML Publisher. • Knowledge of Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces. • Experience with SQL Loader, Shell scripting (preferred). • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow Builder. • Good understanding of Oracle EBS data model. Functional Module Exposure (Preferred) Experience in one or more of the following modules: • Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA) • Procure to Pay (P2P) • Order to Cash (O2C) • Supply Chain Management (SCM) Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong documentation and technical design skills Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field.
