D365 ERP & Data Platform Engineer (Remote – EU Based)

Contract – D365 ERP & Data Platform Engineer (EU Remote) Industry: Satellite Communications (SatCom) Duration: 3–6 Months Location: Fully Remote (EU-based candidates only) Reporting to: CIO We are seeking a contractor to take technical ownership of our Dynamics 365 ERP platform within a SatCom environment supporting mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on platform ownership role within a small, high-accountability team, reporting directly to the CIO. The focus is operational stability, data availability, and strengthening ERP and reporting capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Own the technical health and stability of D365 ERP (F&O or Business Central) • Ensure ERP data is reliable and available to internal stakeholders • Improve integration between D365, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI • Strengthen data governance and reporting consistency • Troubleshoot platform issues directly and implement improvements • Establish scalable practices and documentation Required Experience: • Strong hands-on experience running Dynamics 365 ERP in production • Experience in mission-critical, infrastructure, telecoms, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries • Experience integrating D365 with Azure data services and/or Microsoft Fabric • Advanced Power BI data modelling and governance knowledge • Comfortable operating independently and advising CIO-level leadership If interested, please apply by sending your CV, current availability and hourly remote rate.
