As a Client Services Executive / Project Coordinator in our Noida location, you will play a crucial role in managing client communication, coordinating website development, and digital marketing projects. Your primary responsibilities include: - Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle - Understanding client requirements for website development and digital marketing services - Coordinating with internal teams like designers, developers, and SEO specialists - Developing project timelines, scope documents, and task schedules - Monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines are met - Providing regular updates and status reports to clients - Conducting timely client follow-ups for project updates and approvals - Assisting in collecting content, approvals, and feedback from clients - Handling client queries, issues, and change requests professionally - Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients - Preparing and sharing proposals based on client requirements - Generating quotations and coordinating invoice processing for ongoing projects Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field - 13 years of experience in Client Servicing or Project Coordination in a digital agency - Basic understanding of website development platforms like WordPress or Shopify - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Effective problem-solving and time-management skills Preferred skills include experience working with web development or digital marketing agencies, familiarity with CMS platforms, and basic understanding of website workflows or HTML/CSS.
