Quality Analyst(Tester) (Market Yard)

Position: QA Tester Job Title: QA Engineer. Experience: 2 To 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Pune Onsite. Role Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects including ERP systems, web applications, and future product initiatives. The candidate must be comfortable handling clients, conducting demos, and representing release readiness. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong business understanding and structured testing expertise. Key Responsibilities - Understand business workflows across ERP, LMS, and web applications - Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios - Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing - Validate role-based access control and approval workflows - Perform API testing using Postman - Able to track defects using tools - Coordinate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders - Conduct client demos and UAT walkthrough sessions - Prepare release reports and sign-off documentation - Ensure quality standards across multiple parallel projects Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)1. Strong Presentation Skills - Confident in demonstrating systems to clients - Able to present testing status, defect reports, modules, and release readiness clearly - Comfortable leading UAT sessions 2. Client Handling Skills - Experience interacting directly with clients - Ability to explain technical issues in straightforward business language - Professional handling of production issue discussions 3.
