Instructional Designer / Technical writer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Instructional Designer / Technical Writer. We are hiring a candidate with strong English communication skills and a science/engineering background to support the creation of technical e-learning content. Training for all tools and processes will be provided by us. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, English, Mass Communication, or similar. - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). - Basic Hindi knowledge is an advantage. - Ability to quickly understand technical topics. - Creative thinking and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes - Interest in instructional design and e-learning. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Openness to feedback and learning. Key Responsibilities - Assist in creating instructional storyboards for e-learning modules. - Convert SME inputs into clear and simple content. - Support audio script creation, audio generation, and AV testing. - Create content for social media and marketing materials. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality of content.
