The candidate will be responsible for calling customers to: Inform them about their order status Explain product perks Confirm COD orders Answer customer queries Reduce RTO by proper communication About the Product: Cidra ACV Moringa is a premium Apple Cider Vinegar-based wellness drink that supports weight management, digestion, and daily detox. Requirements: Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Confident speaking skills Basic knowledge of handling customer calls Experience in telecalling or e-commerce is a plus Polite and convincing personality Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
