This 3-month program is designed to provide a student or recent graduate with practical experience in digital design, branding, and visual communication within a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities • Digital Asset Creation: Developing high-quality graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). • Brand Consistency: Assisting in the maintenance of brand guidelines across all internal and external documents. • Layout Design: Preparing layouts for digital presentations, brochures, and email newsletters. • Collaboration: Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and providing design support to the senior team. • Revision Management: Implementing feedback and making necessary adjustments to design drafts. Qualifications and Skills • Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or industry-standard tools like Figma/Canva. • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related degree program. • Visual Literacy: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and grid systems. • Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs with a focus on alignment and hierarchy. • Portfolio: A portfolio of work (academic or personal) demonstrating creative ability is mandatory.
