ABOUT THE COMPANY
Enterprise Management Solutions LLC (“EMS”) provides operational infrastructure, staffing, digital marketing systems, and revenue enablement solutions for companies in real estate, property management, hospitality, healthcare, and service-based industries across the United States.
Within its Digital Marketing & Growth Division, EMS manages performance-driven advertising systems for U.S.-based clients. The Company’s approach combines Google Ads strategy, advanced conversion tracking, CRM integration, and structured reporting to ensure marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt – Independent Contractor (Non-U.S., W-8BEN)
COMPENSATION RANGE: ₹500 – ₹625 INR per hour (this is not USD). Equivalent to approximately USD $6.00–$7.50 per hour, based on experience, platform expertise, and performance history.
LOCATION: India (Remote).This is an India-based independent contractor engagement. This is NOT a U.S.-based position, and compensation is paid in Indian Rupees (INR), not U.S. dollars.
POSITION TITLE: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) - Performance Marketing Specialist
DIVISION: Marketing & Sales
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
WORK SCHEDULE:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.). The contractor must be actively available during these hours to collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and client stakeholders.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Meta Ads Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for U.S.-based client accounts.
Unlike intent-driven search marketing, this role focuses on demand generation, creative testing, audience development, and performance scaling within Meta’s advertising ecosystem. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, ad creative strategy, testing frameworks, and data-driven optimization.
The Specialist must be capable of launching structured campaign systems, continuously testing creative variations, managing budgets efficiently, and aligning Meta performance data with CRM-recorded outcomes.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The objective of this position is to generate scalable, cost-efficient lead and revenue growth through Facebook and Instagram advertising while maintaining strong tracking integrity and CRM attribution alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Account Architecture
The Specialist will:
• Conduct structured discovery to understand client offers, target audiences, and KPIs
• Build campaign structures aligned with lead generation or revenue goals
• Develop cold, warm, and retargeting funnel layers
Implement structured testing frameworks for creative and audience segmentation
• Select appropriate campaign objectives (Leads, Conversions, Traffic, etc.)
• Monitor delivery stability and learning phase behavior
Creative Strategy & Testing
Creative is the primary performance lever on Meta. The Specialist will:
• Develop structured creative testing plans
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams on ad copy and messaging direction
• Test multiple variations of:
• Hooks
• Headlines
• Primary text
• Visual formats (image, carousel, video)
• Analyze creative fatigue and refresh cadence
• Identify high-performing angles and scale them
Audience Development & Optimization
The Specialist will:
• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments
• Monitor frequency, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates
• Adjust budget allocations across campaigns and ad sets
• Identify audience overlap or saturation issues
• Continuously refine targeting strategies
Tracking & Attribution
The Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate Meta tracking implementation, including:
• Installing and verifying Meta Pixel
• Configuring Conversion API (CAPI) when applicable
• Verifying domain configuration
• Setting up aggregated event measurement
• Aligning Meta event tracking with GoHighLevel CRM capture
• Conducting regular QA checks to ensure data integrity
Budget Management
The contractor must:
• Monitor daily and weekly spend pacing
• Maintain cost efficiency benchmarks
• Reallocate budgets toward high-performing segments
• Prevent overspending or delivery instability
• Maintain structured optimization documentation
CRM & Reporting Alignment
The Specialist will:
• Ensure Meta leads flow correctly into GoHighLevel
• Validate UTM capture and source attribution
• Review CRM pipeline data to assess lead quality
• Provide structured weekly performance summaries
• Deliver monthly reporting including:
• Spend
• Leads
• Cost per lead
• Funnel performance
• Creative performance analysis
• Strategic next steps
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–5 years hands-on Meta Ads management experience
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and creative testing frameworks
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel and CAPI
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or CRM integration systems
• Understanding of funnel-based marketing strategies
• Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience scaling lead generation campaigns
• Experience with UGC-style creative testing
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• Basic understanding of TikTok Ads (optional but beneficial)
