Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Care Professional. The role involves engaging with students and families to provide personalized customer support, ensuring satisfaction and answering queries. Responsibilities include assisting with education-related processes, addressing client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Qualifications • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills • Ability to manage client relationships effectively and empathetically • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus • Strong understanding of international education systems and processes is beneficial
