Designation: Visual Designer Industry: E-commerce / Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Location: Bangalore (Currently WFH / Remote) About the Role: We are a performance marketing agency and are looking for a visual problem-solver to join our team.We don’t just make things look good; we design for measurable impact. If you speak the language of design and have an innovator's mindset, we want you to help us turn digital interactions into revenue-driving narratives. The role requires strong design and creativity skills spread across all digital formats - social media, advertising, mailers, web banners, videos, and other digital media. You will work directly with senior marketing specialists in designing creatives for e-commerce brands. The role offers a fast-track to rapid growth within the organization. It requires a creative mindset with the ability to take ownership for outcomes and deliver on them. Who You Are: • Experienced (or Exceptional): You have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, but we will gladly consider a brilliant fresher who can prove their skills. • Technically Sharp: You have a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite. • Digital and AI Native: You actively use AI tools and know how to integrate them into your daily workflow, without compromising on your own technical or creative skill. • Driven: You are a high-agency, critical thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and storytelling. • Visual Thinker: You possess a strong understanding of, and prior expertise in translating text (copy) and marketing concepts into visual narratives. • Curious: You have an innate hunger to constantly learn and grow. • Bonus Points: You bring video editing or motion graphics skills to the table.
