Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant

Position: Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hybrid - Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary: ERP League is looking for a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality NetSuite ERP implementations and optimizations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, ownership of complex solution design, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: · As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. · Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of functional specifications and process flows. · Design scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions across key business areas such as inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and order management. · Configure and customize NetSuite modules in line with best practices and industry standards. · Own and deliver complex NetSuite solutions end-to-end, including testing, UAT support, and cutover activities. · Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and validate automations, workflows, scripts, and integrations. · Perform NetSuite administration activities including role and user setup, enhancements deployment, and bundle management. · Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and project meetings, providing clear status updates and guidance. · Provide expert advice on NetSuite implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement. · Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building. · Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements as needed. Skill & Experience Required: · Minimum 10 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects. · Strong functional expertise across: v Record to Report (R2R) v Procure to Pay (P2P) v Order to Cash (O2C) v Adv. Project Management (Resource allocation / job costing / project profitability) v Subscription billing v Advanced Revenue Management · Preferred exposure to modules such as Field Service Management, CRM, Design to Build (D2B), Fixed Asset Management (FAM) · Proven experience conducting in-person and remote requirement-gathering workshops. · Strong documentation skills covering requirements, process flows, and solution design. · Experience designing functional integrations with third-party systems, including process flows and field mapping. · Ability to perform GAP analysis and recommend native NetSuite features, customizations, or third-party solutions as appropriate. · Demonstrated ownership of project delivery with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to train end users and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). · Good to have: familiarity with Project Management, Warehouse Management, and Reporting. · Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements. Qualifications & Certifications: · 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite consulting, configuration, and administration. · NetSuite SuiteFoundation and SuiteSuccess certifications preferred. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. · Proven leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
