Currently, we are looking for a Sailfish SME – Source System Lead to join our team. Job Description • Ownership of source-system data extraction and accuracy for migration from Sailfish • Understanding of Sailfish data models and system dependencies • Design and execution of large-scale data exports • Definition of data segmentation and delta capture strategies • Protection of Sailfish production performance during migration activities • Support for data validation and reconciliation processes Skills & Requirements • 8+ years of experience working with Sailfish or closely related platforms • 5+ years of deep hands-on experience with Sailfish data models and schemas • 3+ years of experience exporting large datasets (10+ TB cumulative or single systems) • Strong SQL-based data extraction and validation expertise • Experience supporting production systems during heavy data operations • Experience designing delta and incremental extraction strategies • Experience supporting data migrations to cloud platforms • Familiarity with performance tuning during bulk exports • Knowledge of phased and delta-based migration approach Our commitment to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) Estuate, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
