As an Analyst in Epidemiology Research at Evalueserve, your role is vital in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data. You will be working across various industries such as Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences, and Logistics, contributing to market research, strategy development, sales and marketing, R&D, and more. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Independently design, build, and maintain trend-based and epidemiology-driven forecast models across multiple therapy areas. - Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate market and epidemiological uncertainties. - Perform systematic literature reviews (SLR) to extract epidemiological parameters and disease burden data. - Interpret and synthesize epidemiological data to generate value-added insights for strategic decision-making. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients; managing communications via calls, emails, and presentations. - Understand client requirements and translate them into structured analytical frameworks. - Take ownership of project plans, ensuring timely and error-free deliverables. - Provide strategic recommendations based on forecasting outputs and epidemiological trends. - Mentor junior analysts on forecasting techniques, epidemiology concepts, and best practices. - Contribute to team discussions and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. - Possess a strong understanding of pharma market dynamics and epidemiology. - Demonstrate hands-on experience in epidemiology-based and trend-based forecasting models. - Proficiency in systematic literature review methodologies and epidemiological data interpretation. - Utilize advanced skills in MS Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint (storyboarding). - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly to clients. - Apply independent thinking with a problem-solving mindset; ability to structure unstructured problems. - Have familiarity with industry-standard databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, WHO, and certain paid sources.
