Junior AI/ML Engineer - LLM & Personality AI

About EveoAI: EveoAI is building the next generation of AI-driven personality and fashion analysis platforms. We're developing in-house Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems for personality analysis, fashion recommendations, and virtual human interactions. What You'll Do: • Design and develop in-house LLMs optimized for personality and fashion domains • Build and train AI models for personality analysis, fashion recommendations, and style prediction • Develop multi-modal AI systems combining text, image, and behavioral data • Optimize model architecture for cost-efficiency and performance at scale • Integrate AI models into production applications and collaborate with frontend teams • Implement advanced NLP techniques for context-aware insights • Conduct research on AI ethics, cultural bias mitigation, and model interpretability • Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to technical documentation Required Skills: • 4+ years of professional AI/ML development experience • Strong expertise in Large Language Models and transformer architectures • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks • Experience with NLP, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and model optimization • Knowledge of multi-modal learning and vision-language models • Cloud platforms experience (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) for model deployment • Strong understanding of MLOps and model monitoring • Comfort with startup environments and rapid iteration Nice to Have: • Experience with generative AI applications or virtual avatar systems • Fashion tech or personalization systems background • In-house model training and cost optimization experience • React.js or full-stack web development knowledge • Tech patents or intellectual property experience • AI ethics and responsible AI practices understanding What We Offer: • Work on cutting-edge AI projects with direct business impact • Opportunity to build and scale in-house LLM infrastructure • Competitive salary and performance bonuses • Flexible remote-friendly work arrangements • Professional development and learning opportunities • Early-stage startup equity/ESOP • Collaborative culture with experienced entrepreneurs and investors
