Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage client relationships and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution, effective communication, and long-term client satisfaction. This role involves client servicing, campaign coordination, reporting, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong relationships and understand client business goals
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and performance reviews
Campaign Performance Coordination
• Work closely with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing teams
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with client KPIs
• Communicate insights, optimizations, and strategy updates to clients
Client Onboarding
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients
• Understand client goals, target audience, and marketing budgets
• Coordinate internally for campaign setup and required assets
Reporting and Communication
• Provide weekly or monthly campaign performance reports
• Translate marketing data into clear and simple insights for clients
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimizations
Retention and Upselling
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as creative production, landing pages, additional ad platforms, or influencer marketing
• Support contract renewals and account growth
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with media buyers, performance marketers, designers, and the strategy team
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client goals
Problem Resolution
• Address client concerns and campaign issues efficiently
• Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client service
Required Skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing metrics
• Ability to interpret marketing data and campaign reports
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms
Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, SaaS, or client servicing role
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Response time and issue resolution
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong skills in customer satisfaction and customer service to maintain high-quality client experiences.
• Experience in customer retention and relationship management to build long-term partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and performance insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
