E-commerce Product Data Entry Executive

Job description: Primary Goal: Accurately list products on e-commerce website and prepare product images in the correct size and quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Listing • Add product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKU, tags, and categories. • Upload and organize product images. • Manage stock levels, variations, and updates. • Fill SEO fields (meta title, description) when required. • Product inventory management 2. Image Preparation (Important) • Resize product images to the required dimensions before uploading. • Rename images properly (for SEO and organization). • Crop or clean images if needed for better presentation. • Ensure consistent background and aspect ratio across all products. 3. Quality & Accuracy • Maintain consistency in data formatting across all product pages. • Double-check images, descriptions, and details before publishing. Required Skills • Basic knowledge of image editing tools (canva, photoshop, or any simple resizing software). • Good computer literacy. • Ability to follow guidelines for image size, ratio, and quality. • Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors. • Knowledge in excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid time off • Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
