Blockchain Developer Location: On-site (Mohali) Type: Full Time Experience: 1-3 Years About Us: We are Exaflair, a fast-growing IT company building software products and automation systems globally. We're now expanding into Web3 and blockchain-powered solutions, and we want you to join us to explore full-stack Web3 development across leading ecosystems like Ethereum and Solana, and build next-gen decentralised apps. Role Overview: As a Blockchain Developer, you will get hands-on experience building full-stack Web3 products. You'll collaborate with engineers and mentors to design, build, and deploy smart contracts, integrate on-chain data into real-world applications, and contribute to Web3 product modules from concept to deployment. Key skills: • Basic programming experience in Rust and Solidity. • Hands-on experience in building full-stack applications in the Solana ecosystem. • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals - consensus, transactions, tokens, and smart contracts. • Familiarity with Web3 SDKs/libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, and Anchor. • Willingness to learn and work full-stack in the web3 ecosystem. • Good problem-solving mindset and ability to debug/test on testnets. • Interest in leveraging AI tools for research and development. Good to Have Skills: • Knowledge of DeFi concepts - liquidity, staking, tokens, and governance. • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and basic DevOps for blockchain • Awareness of smart contract vulnerabilities(reentrancy, overflow, etc.) Responsibilities: • Collaboratively develop, test, and deploy on Solana and EVM-compatible blockchains. • Build and integrate Web3 components with frontend and backend systems. • Use SDKs and libraries like Web3.js, Ethers.js, and Anchor to interact with smart contracts. • Develop and maintain documentation for contracts, integrations, and deployment workflows. • Learn and apply development and agile best practices.
