Job Title: US Immigration & Technical Recruiter Experience: 4+ years Location: Remote/ Tirupati Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in US immigration processes and visa management for US-bound employees. The role will also provide recruitment support across global positions as needed. Responsible for supporting recruitment for US and other international positions as required.Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for end-to-end US immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, O-1, Green Card and dependent visas • Support recruitment and onboarding for US positions when required • Coordinate with legal teams and vendors on visa documentation and compliance • Maintain accurate immigration and employee records in HR systems • Assist in workforce planning and resource allocation for US projects • Provide guidance and updates to employees on immigration policies and procedures Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in US immigration and recruitment • Knowledge of US labour laws and visa regulations • Experience with ATS, HRMS, and immigration tracking tools • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund • Work from home Work Location: Remote
