We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to agency revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the e-commerce and D2C segment.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
• Understand client requirements and present suitable performance marketing solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls and initial consultation meetings.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for customized strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and nurture long-term business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
