Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Specialist based in Guwahati. The ideal candidate is bilingual, culturally aware, digitally savvy, and thrives in a collaborative agency environment. You will be responsible for developing original content in Assamese and English, managing social media platforms, and contributing to engaging campaigns. The role involves planning and scheduling content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, monitoring engagement performance, and working closely with designers and campaign managers to deliver impactful communication. Key Responsibilities • Write original, compelling content in Assamese and English • Manage social media channels, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts • Collaborate with designers and campaign managers to create engaging campaigns • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare performance reports • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and campaign objectives Qualifications & Skills • Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferred: Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field) from a reputed university • Native fluency in Assamese and excellent command of English • Proven copywriting and content creation experience • Familiarity with digital platforms, social media tools, and marketing trends • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Creative, team-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Traits: Proactive mindset · Strong attention to detail · Adaptable · Idea-driven · Organized
