Part-time Business Consultant Specialist - Flexible hours

We are hiring on behalf of a small business for a part-time job. You will play a key role in a managing day-to-day operations, financial processes, and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Part-time Business Consultant Specialist to help streamline our operations and support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPI). - Assist with planning and operational processes to ensure financial goals are met. - Optimize internal processes. - Implement and manage tool/software (QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems) to streamline operations and financial reporting. - Monitor compliance with tax, accounting and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with external partners (accountants, banks, vendors) to ensure smooth operations. - Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Languages - Business-level proficiency in English is required. Educations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience - 2-4 years in business operations, financial analysis or a similar role. Experience running or managing a small business is a plus. Relevant business Knowledge - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Familitary with tax and regulatory compliance. Process Improvement - Experience optimizing workflows and implementing operational efficiencies. Communication - clear written and verbal communications skills for collaborating with vendors, partners and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial Mindset - Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
