Telecaller – Industrial Sales

We are hiring a Telecaller to support our industrial sales operations. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships with dealers, workshops, OEMs, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Introduce industrial products such as bearings, oils, greases, belts, and housings
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team
• Follow up on quotations and pending inquiries
• Maintain daily call records and update customer database
• Handle basic customer queries and objections
• Support payment follow-ups professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
• 1+ year experience in telecalling / telesales (B2B preferred)
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (basic English required)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Preferred
• Experience in industrial or B2B product calling
• Knowledge of bearing brands like SKF, FAG, NTN, NBC
