Job Description Designation - Enterprise SEO Consultancy (Next.js / React Platform) Mode - Remote Employment Type - Full Time Scope of Work 1. Enterprise SEO Strategy • Design and execute an enterprise-level SEO roadmap for a large-scale professional listing platform. • Develop tailored SEO strategies for distinct site sections • Marketing Pages – SaaS and conversion-focused content. • Search Result Pages – Vertical, Category, Service, City, and Zip Code pages. • Agent Pages – Professional profiles (Pro, EU, Claimed, Unclaimed) and Tier Pages (Company, Office, Branch). • Align SEO initiatives with business goals, growth targets, and KPIs. 2. Technical SEO (JavaScript-Heavy Platform) • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits for a Next.js / React JS platform. Optimize : • Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for search bots (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). • Client-Side Rendering (CSR) performance and crawl efficiency. Improve: • Crawlability and indexation at scale. • Core Web Vitals and page performance. • JavaScript SEO best practices (hydration, rendering, lazy loading, internal linking). Manage SEO for a site size of: • 10 M dynamic professional listing pages • 850+ K dynamic search result pages • 150+ SaaS static marketing pages 3. Programmatic SEO • Build and optimize programmatic SEO frameworks for large-scale page generation. Develop scalable templates for: • Location-based (City, Zip Code) • Service-based • Vertical and category-based pages • Ensure content uniqueness, intent matching, and indexation control at scale. • Implement best practices to avoid thin content, duplication, and index bloat 4. On-Page & Content SEO Define SEO-driven content frameworks for: • Marketing (SaaS) pages • Search result pages • Professional agent profiles • Optimize metadata, headings, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure. • Recommend structured data strategies for listings, profiles, reviews, and SaaS pages. 5. Reporting & Collaboration • Define enterprise-level SEO KPIs and reporting frameworks. • Provide actionable insights through dashboards and regular reporting. Work closely with: • Engineering (React / Next.js teams) • Product • Content and Marketing teams • Deliver clear documentation and technical SEO recommendations for developers. Required Expertise Must-Have Experience • Proven experience handling enterprise SEO for websites with millions of pages. Strong expertise in: • Next.js / React JS SEO • JavaScript rendering (SSR & CSR) • Programmatic SEO at scale Deep understanding of: • Crawl budget optimization • Indexation management • Log file analysis • Large-scale internal linking strategies • Experience with professional listing, marketplace, SaaS, or directory-style platforms. Tools & Technologies • Google Search Console, GA4 • Enterprise SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, etc.) • Log file analysis tools • Performance and Core Web Vitals tools Engagement Model • SEO Consultancy / Agency (not individual freelancers) • Long-term engagement preferred • Ability to work with large engineering and product teams Nice to Have Experience with: • Professional directories or marketplaces • SaaS platforms • UGC-driven or listing-heavy websites • Case studies demonstrating SEO growth at scale
