As a Customer Support Executive for Voice, Email, and Chat processes at a leading BPO/KPO company, you will have the opportunity to work with top clients such as Barclays, JP Morgan, Accenture, TC$, Tech-Mahindra, and many more. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues via voice, email, and chat channels
- Work in U.S, U.K, Australia, or day shift as per requirement
