You will be working as a Radiology Quality Analyst at Ezewok Healthcare, responsible for verifying radiology reports, managing PACS workflows, and coordinating between radiologists and client teams. This role is highly operational and requires attention to detail, strong system handling abilities, and consistent follow-up to maintain workflow efficiency. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Review radiology reports for formatting errors, inconsistencies, incorrect patient details, or missing information. - Ensure reports meet client-specific templates and quality standards. - Manage multiple PACS and client reporting platforms. - Upload finalized reports and verify patient details before submission. - Monitor report status, turnaround time, and maintain organized tracking of cases. - Follow up with radiologists and clients regarding pending reports or revisions. - Identify delays or issues and escalate urgent cases to the operations team. • *Required Skills:** - Strong computer handling ability and fast system navigation. - Excellent attention to detail for identifying report errors. - Strong follow-up and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage workload during night shifts. • *Preferred Experience:** - Experience in radiology reporting workflow or PACS environment is preferred. - Basic understanding of imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. You will be required to work a permanent night shift, have a stable internet connection, and maintain a remote working setup. Ability to handle high case volumes while maintaining accuracy is essential for this role.
