1. Customer Service Operations
• Manage daily customer service operations.
• Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain high standards of customer support and service quality.
2. Team Management
• Lead and supervise customer service executives and support staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Set team targets and KPIs.
3. Customer Satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores (CSI / NPS).
• Handle critical customer escalations.
• Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
4. Process Improvement
• Develop and improve customer service processes and policies.
• Identify areas to reduce response time and improve service efficiency.
5. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare customer service performance reports.
• Analyze complaints, service trends, and improvement areas.
• Present reports to senior management.
6. Coordination
• Work closely with sales, service, technical, and operations teams.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
