Your Team's Impact FactSet’s Content Development group develops proprietary content critical to supporting the data needs of our clients. To meet an increase in demand for Capital Markets Transactions content, FactSet is currently seeking to add a Business Analyst to the Public Equity Offerings and Private Placements (PIPEs) Content Collection team. Join the “PEO-PIPE” team to support and strengthen our collection effort by enhancing our collection tools and processes, improving our data quality, expanding our coverage, and supporting our clients and internal stakeholders. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our product offering including FactSet Workstation reports, data feeds, and APIs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teammates in Hyderabad, Manila, Norwalk, and New York. This is a hybrid role, three days in-office, with flexibility. What You'll Do • Be a subject matter expert on PEO-PIPE content. You’ll have an expert level understanding of our collection methodologies, workflows, and processes • Implement new features and enhancements in our collection tools and processes. You will participate in the entire development cycle: generating ideas, documenting specifications, supporting development, testing, and collecting feedback • Resolve questions and issues reported by clients and internal stakeholders • Create and maintain documentation of our methodologies and processes • Ensure timely coverage as well as expand coverage to new markets • Provide support to the collection teams • Support Genesys WFT and Test Manager tools ensuring smooth workflow execution • Manage QC on QC checks, conduct calibration sessions, and deliver PKT and refresher training to ensure alignment in quality expectations, consistent scoring, and continuous skill improvement across the team What We're Looking For Required Skills • Experience with PEO-PIPE content set • Knowledge of Workflow Tool and Collection App • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel • Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and cooperatively • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide data driven recommendations for process improvement • Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively • Flexible and adaptable as per the business requirements Desired Skills • Basic query skills with SQL or the desire to learn • Basic knowledge of FactSet Workstation What's In It For You At FactSet, our people are our greatest asset, and our culture is our biggest competitive advantage.
