Sales Ticketing Agent (Amadeus) (India)

We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent who knows Amadeus inside out. If you enjoy helping people travel smoothly and you’re confident handling the full spectrum of ticketing tasks, this role lets you turn travel plans into confirmed journeys while supporting clients and the sales team with clear, practical guidance. What you’ll do - Create, modify and manage PNRs in Amadeus - Issue, reissue and refund tickets with precision - Handle complex itineraries and resolve fare or routing issues - Compare fares and routes to recommend the best options - Support the sales team with ticketing questions and booking adjustments - Review fare rules, airline policies and schedule changes - Manage queues and ensure all deadlines are met - Troubleshoot booking issues and coordinate with airlines when needed - Assist clients across phone, email, WhatsApp and Zoom - Provide guidance on visa requirements and support with applications - Ensure accuracy in quotations, ticket issuance and billing - Maintain up-to-date corporate and leisure client profiles - Build and sustain strong relationships through clear, supportive communication What we’re looking for (Must-haves) - High-level proficiency in Amadeus (mandatory) - Strong experience in airline ticketing or travel consulting - Confident with reissues, refunds, fare calculations and multi-sector journeys - Strong communication skills in English - Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel - Organised, accurate and calm under pressure - Able to work independently with positive judgement Nice-to-haves (Bonus skills) - Ability to handle holiday packages, hotel bookings and visa coordination - Experience with corporate travel clients - Mandarin or additional languages are a plus. - Familiarity with end-to-end travel arrangement workflows - Strong customer service background Work schedule - Weekend availability is essential - Full working days on Saturday and Sunday - Weekday time off is part of the rota - Rotational weekday shifts Perks: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Opportunities for career advancement in a growing company. - Flexible remote work arrangement.
