• * Designation : US IT Recruiter • Department : Recruitment • Location: Bhopal • Salary: Competitive • Education Requirement : B.E./B.Tech./BCA with MBA (HR/Marketing) • JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Experience/knowledge in all IT Technologies, • Must be good communicator with exceptional written/verbal English; • Must be able to work in Bhopal office and in Night Shifts (US Eastern Time). • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy; • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client; • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client; • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants; • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client; • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews; • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates; • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated; • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes; • Posting the requirements on the Job boards; • Knowledge of total recruitment life cycle and clear understanding of tax terms, C2C, W2 and 1099 also knowledge of US Visas will be an added advantage; • Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently; • Ability to deal with candidates professionally and negotiate rates; • Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement; • Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals; • Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such information; • Experience on VMS will be good; Contact : jobs@flairsoftgroup.com
