Role Summary
Feelivacation is looking for a result-oriented and revenue-driven leader to head and scale our Travel Business operations (B2B & B2C). The role involves driving aggressive sales growth, building strong corporate partnerships, expanding retail travel sales, leading the team, and ensuring overall center profitability.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive revenue growth across B2B (corporate tie-ups, partners, institutions) and B2C (direct customers, retail travel sales) segments.
-Generate leads through field visits, networking, and brand activation activities.
-Build and manage strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
-Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
-Ensure daily reporting, performance tracking, and conversion improvement.
-Collaborate with marketing for branding and demand generation campaigns.
-Oversee centre operations to ensure smooth execution and profitability.
Ideal Candidate
-6–10 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
-Proven track record in B2B & B2C travel sales.
-Strong closing ability and revenue ownership mindset.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-Target-driven with strong field presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
