We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive who is passionate, organized, and eager to support our people and operations functions as we continue to expand. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and auditing functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts • Manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable • Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors • Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management • Monitor cash flow and financial risk • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records Required Qualifications • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) • Advanced MS Excel skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks • Experience in financial planning and analysis Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • How many years of experience you have as a CA ? • What is your current salary ? • What is your expected salary ? • Are you ready to join immediately ?
