Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager based in Faridabad. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the company's online platforms, manage e-commerce strategies, and ensure the smooth operation of online sales channels. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, optimizing product listings, preparing reports on performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Qualifications Strong expertise in E-Commerce management and Marketing strategies Proficient in Sales and possessing excellent Communication skills Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive decision-making Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for e-commerce growth Proficiency in digital marketing and online platforms is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in e-commerce or relevant sector preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
