SAP Basis Consultant - Implementation & Support

Description : Role Overview : The SAP BASIS Consultant will be responsible for the technical foundation, system administration, and integration enablement of the SAP Integrated Tool Chain consisting of SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and integration with ServiceNow. The role ensures stable, secure, and scalable SAP landscapes and seamless cross-tool integrations supporting enterprise architecture, process governance, and application lifecycle management initiatives.Key Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and administer SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, and SAP LeanIX landscapes.- Manage SAP system connectivity, landscape registration, and technical integration between Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM.- Enable and support integration between SAP toolchain and ServiceNow (CMDB, incidents, change, and workflows).- Perform system monitoring, alerting, and health checks using SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BASIS monitoring tools.- Manage user access, roles, authorizations, and technical security across SAP tools.- Support transports, upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and system refreshes related to SAP tools.- Coordinate with SAP, ServiceNow, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and performance optimization.- Support data migration, system copies, and environment synchronization activities as required.- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.Technical Skills & Expertise : - Strong experience in SAP BASIS administration (ECC / S/4HANA / SAP BTP environments).- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM setup, monitoring, and integration.- Understanding of SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX technical architecture and connectivity.- Experience integrating SAP systems with ServiceNow using APIs and middleware concepts.- Knowledge of SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.- Experience with transport management, system refreshes, and landscape management.Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.- SAP BASIS certification or SAP S/4HANA technical certification preferred.- ITIL or ServiceNow technical certification is an advantage.Experience Requirements : - 7 to 12 years of overall SAP BASIS experience.- Proven experience supporting SAP implementations or transformation programs.- Experience in multi-system SAP landscapes and integrated toolchain environments.Soft Skills : - Strong coordination and communication skills.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.- Proactive problem-solving and documentation skills.
