Data Analyst – Factory (Cost & MIS) Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, MH Job Description: Experience: 2- 3 Years (Manufacturing Preferred) Role Summary: We are hiring a factory-based Data Analyst with strong cost accounting and MIS expertise. The role focuses on inventory control, variance analysis, and factory-level financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and validate product cost data (RM, labour, overheads) Monitor standard vs actual cost variance Conduct profitability analysis Track raw material consumption Monitor inventory levels, valuation, and reconciliation Identify slow/non-moving stock Prepare weekly and monthly factory MIS Ensure data accuracy between production, stores, and accounts Highlight cost leakages and financial risks Requirements: B.Com / MBA Finance / CMA preferred 2- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing Solid knowledge of cost accounting & inventory management Advanced Excel skills Tally ERP experience is mandatory Detail-oriented, and assertive.
