Chat Support Executive

Job Title: UAE Chat & Telecaller Executive Location: Mumbai (Handling UAE Process) Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Chat & Telecaller Executives to handle UAE-based customers. The role involves interacting with leads through calls and chat platforms, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Handle outbound and inbound calls with UAE customers • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, live chat, and email • Explain product/service details clearly and professionally • Follow up with interested customers and close sales • Maintain proper records of conversations and lead status in CRM • Achieve assigned sales and performance targets • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication Required Skills & Qualifications: • Prior experience in Tele calling / Chat Process (UAE or International process preferred) • Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage) • Good convincing and negotiation skills • Comfortable working in UAE shift timings • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling Preferred Experience: • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales Process • Experience handling international customers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,135.74 - ₹33,670.46 per month Work Location: In person
