Our platform focuses on real-time market data, ultra-low latency execution, portfolio analytics, and AI-powered insights. Role Overview We are hiring Senior Flutter Developers (3–8 years) to join our core engineering team and build high-performance, real-time trading applications for Android, iOS, and Web. This role is for engineers who have hands-on experience building production-grade Flutter apps with real-time data and performance-critical UI. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications - Build real-time features using WebSockets (market feeds, trades, alerts) - Integrate REST APIs and high-frequency data streams - Optimize applications for low latency and smooth UI rendering - Handle large data volumes with continuous UI updates - Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams - Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers Required Skills & Experience - 3–8 years of professional Flutter development experience - Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart - Proven experience with WebSockets and real-time data streams - Expertise in state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider) - Experience handling high-frequency UI updates and large datasets - Strong knowledge of performance optimization and memory management - Experience debugging and maintaining production applications Preferred / Nice to Have - Fintech, stock trading, brokerage, or WealthTech experience - Apps published on Play Store / App Store - Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure - Experience with GraphQL, microservices, or CI/CD pipelines Why Join First Demat - Build a real-time trading platform from scratch - Competitive salary with ESOP opportunities - Work directly with the founding engineering team - High ownership and impact as part of the early core team - Prospect to solve complex, performance-critical engineering problems Important Note for Applicants Please apply only if you have worked on real-time or WebSocket-based Flutter applications in production.
