As the DC Relationship Coordinator, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for families post-enrollment, ensuring their overall satisfaction and building strong relationships within the community. Your responsibilities will include: - **Program Enrollment**: You will guide parents through the program details, expectations, scheduling, and address any queries they may have. You will collaborate with the Facilitator to confirm plans and schedules. - **Grievance Management**: You will be responsible for handling grievances and escalations from clients. By understanding their concerns, investigating issues, and working with clinicians and the Business Head, you will ensure timely resolutions. - **Relationship Building**: You will engage with parents during high-traffic times, gather feedback, and share it with clinicians for program improvement. Your presence will contribute to a welcoming environment and enhance client satisfaction. - **Program Adjustments**: Sharing feedback with clinicians and making necessary program adjustments based on client input will be part of your role. - **Proactive Outreach**: You will proactively reach out to families who may be disengaged or have not booked sessions recently, aiming to address concerns before they escalate. - **Community Building**: Organizing parent support groups and meet-ups within the center will be essential for fostering a sense of community among families. - **DC Centre Experience**: You will be responsible for maintaining a sensory-friendly, clean, and welcoming environment within the center. You will also flag any maintenance or upgrade needs to the appropriate stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. - **Experience**: 3-5 years in a client-facing role such as customer service management, patient relations, parent liaison, or hospitality. Key Skills needed for success in this role: - **Empathy & Active Listening**: Ability to listen without judgment and make parents feel understood. - **Conflict Resolution**: Skilled in de-escalating tense situations and turning negatives into positives. - **Interpersonal Presence**: Warm, approachable, and energetic personality to build rapport with parents. - **Observation Skills**: Ability to pick up on non-verbal cues and assess the mood of waiting parents. - **Community Building**: Creativity to organize events that strengthen the sense of community. - **Advocacy**: Articulate parent feedback constructively to support child outcomes.
