The Instructgd role involves designing and implementing educational materials, conducting training sessions, and supporting learning initiatives. The role requires collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality content is delivered effectively to the target audience. Managing course materials, keeping up-to-date with trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional strategies are key aspects of the role. Qualifications • Strong instructional design skills, lesson planning, and curriculum development expertise • Experience in content creation, educational writing, and editing • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to assess training needs • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for training and development • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to various learning environments • Prior experience in educational or training roles or relevant certifications is a plus • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
