FIXLSOLUTIONS Business Analyst – Technical Location: Jaipur | Experience: 1–3 Years Experience | Type: Full-Time Employment Type Full-Time Location Jaipur Experience 1–3 Years We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Technical) with 1–3 years of experience who can effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documentation • Work closely with development, product, and QA teams • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning • Conduct gap analysis and process mapping • Support UAT and ensure smooth project delivery • Identify system improvements and automation opportunities Required Skills • Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies • Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools • Basic knowledge of SQL & database concepts • API understanding & system integration knowledge • Wireframing tools (Figma / Balsamiq preferred) • Advanced Excel / data analysis skills • Strong documentation & stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role What We Offer • Exposure to real-world client projects and cross-functional teams • Collaborative and learning-oriented work environment • Career growth and professional skill development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
