Location: India (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Clients: U.S.-Based Businesses Working Hours: U.S. time zone overlap required About the Role We are hiring experienced Indian CPAs with deep U.S. accounting and tax exposure to join our team as Rapid Cleanup Specialists. This role is built for speed We onboard U.S. clients who are severely behind on their bookkeeping (often 1–3 years). Your job is to quickly understand the business, diagnose messy books, and clean everything accurately — fast. This is not routine monthly bookkeeping. This is high-pressure, high-skill cleanup work. What You’ll Be Doing • Perform end-to-end bookkeeping cleanups for U.S. companies • Analyze and correct: • Historical errors • Misclassified transactions • Duplicate income/expenses • Unreconciled bank & credit card accounts • Rebuild books from incomplete or messy records • Produce clean, CPA-ready: • Profit & Loss • Balance Sheet • Supporting schedules • Communicate clearly and confidently when assumptions or judgments are required • Deliver results with speed AND accuracy Speed & Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) • Cleanups must be completed in 2–4 business days MAXIMUM per client • You must be able to: • Understand a business quickly • Make judgment calls without hand-holding • Work independently under tight deadlines • Quality matters — but speed is critical If you are slow, cautious to a fault, or need constant review, this role is not a fit. Required Qualifications • Qualified CPA (US) with strong U.S. accounting exposure • 4+ years of hands-on experience with U.S. bookkeeping and cleanups • Expert-level QuickBooks Online • Strong understanding of: • U.S. financial statements • Reconciliations • Owner equity, payroll, basic tax concepts • Proven ability to handle multi-year historical cleanups • Comfortable working with incomplete information Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
