The position is based in Rajkot, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves developing and implementing international marketing strategies, conducting market research, and planning entry into new markets. The manager will generate leads, nurture client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth in international markets. Collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives and uphold brand standards will also be part of the responsibilities. Qualifications • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze market trends and create strategic plans. • Experience in International Marketing with knowledge of global markets and cultural nuances. • Strong skills in Marketing and Sales to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. • Proven track record in business development and international client relationship management. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in the food processing or export sector is a plus. • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage responsibilities effectively between remote and in-office tasks.
