FlexingIt is looking for a versatile Growth Designer who can move seamlessly between brand-building and conversion-focused design work. This isn't just a visual design role — we need someone who understands how design drives business outcomes, can optimize for conversion, and works at startup speed. You'll be responsible for designing high-impact lead magnets, building landing pages, creating LinkedIn ad creatives, and establishing FlexingIt's visual brand presence across all touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design premium lead magnets (PDF guides, toolkits, frameworks, templates) that look credible and professional
• Build high-converting landing pages using Webflow, Unbounce, or similar tools
• Create LinkedIn ad creatives (static images, carousels, video thumbnails) optimized for B2B audiences
• Design email templates and nurture campaign assets that drive engagement
• Establish and maintain FlexingIt's brand system (colors, typography, visual style, component library)
• Create sales deck templates, one-pagers, and client-facing presentation materials
• Design social media assets (LinkedIn carousels, quote cards, thought leadership graphics)
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and email designs to optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with the Content Strategist to structure and visualize content effectively
• Ensure all design work projects credibility, professionalism, and trust — critical for B2B buying decisions.
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension based on performance)
Capacity: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Nature of Work: Remote (with occasional team meetings via video conference)
Min Experience: 3+ years in growth design, product design, or performance marketing design
Skills Required
Must Have Skills:
Conversion-Focused Design: Strong understanding of design principles that drive conversions (hierarchy, CTAs, trust signals, whitespace)
Speed & Versatility: Can move quickly between different formats — PDF guide to landing page to LinkedIn carousel in the same week
Brand Building: Experience establishing visual brand systems from scratch or near-scratch
B2B Design Sensibility: Understands that B2B design needs to look professional, credible, and premium — not startup-scrappy
Landing Page Design: Proven ability to design and build high-converting landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar)
Ad Creative Experience: Experience designing performance marketing creatives for LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google Ads
Layout & Typography: Strong skills in document layout, typography, and information hierarchy (for lead magnets, guides, reports)
Design Tools: Expert in Figma; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; bonus for Webflow/landing page builders
Data-Driven Iteration: Comfortable running A/B tests and iterating designs based on performance data
Ownership Mindset: Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and delivers quality work without constant oversight
Additional Notes
• Portfolio review is mandatory — please include examples of: (a) lead magnets or downloadable guides, (b) landing pages you've designed/built, and (c) performance marketing creatives
• Preference for candidates with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or professional services design experience
• Bonus points for motion design, video editing, or illustration skills
• You'll work closely with our Content Strategist and report to the fractional CMO
• Opportunity to establish FlexingIt's visual brand identity and design system from the ground up
