As a Performance Marketer – Meta Ads, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will focus on lead generation for automotive brands and ensure that every campaign delivers measurable value. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore, India. The salary for this role ranges between 7 to 8 lakhs per annum. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Your Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will take ownership of Meta advertising campaigns from planning to reporting. You will study campaign data and make daily improvements to drive better results. You will work with clear budgets and defined goals. Your main focus will be generating qualified automotive leads. You will collaborate with internal teams to align creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies. • You will set up and manage lead generation campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. • You will build and optimize custom audiences to reach high-intent automotive buyers. • You will implement and monitor Meta Pixel for accurate conversion tracking. • You will run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance. • You will analyse campaign data and improve ROI through structured bid strategies. Required Skills and Knowledge To succeed in this position, you should have strong knowledge of Meta advertising tools. You must understand how to build high-performing campaigns for the automotive sector. You should be comfortable analysing data and making strategic decisions.
