They operate an editorial-first model that connects professionals and audiences through interviews, reports, and a curated directory, with a strong emphasis on credibility and informed decision-making. ✍ Short Description: The Growth Manager will own practitioner conversations, interview pipeline development, and audience expansion for an editorial platform in aesthetic medicine. This role is relationship-driven rather than transactional sales. You will initiate conversations across social platforms, schedule interviews, nurture practitioners, and guide qualified professionals toward Editorial Board opportunities. The focus is building authority and trust first — revenue follows the relationship. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary in USD, plus commissions. • Remote-first flexibility. Work from anywhere. • A monthly flexible benefits budget, in addition to your salary. • PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversation Management • Initiate outbound conversations via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube • Manage direct message threads professionally and consistently • Work inbound leads generated through email marketing • Follow up until a clear yes or no is received • Convert qualified conversations into scheduled interviews • Advance appropriate practitioners toward Board discussions Content Pipeline Ownership • Track interviews from scheduled to recorded to live • Ensure interviews are promoted • Confirm Board offer is made where appropriate • Maintain visibility across the entire content lifecycle Audience Growth • Contribute to growth of email list • Support Instagram growth • Support YouTube subscriber growth • Expand Facebook and LinkedIn presence • Track leads generated from each platform • Maintain a simple dashboard where performance is visible at a glance 💡 Qualifications: • Experience in outreach, partnerships, community growth, or relationship-driven roles • Strong written communication for social and DM-based outreach • Comfortable maintaining ongoing professional conversations (not one-message pitching) • Experience managing pipelines and follow-ups • Platform Outreach & Relationship Building (must-have) • LinkedIn outreach and relationship building • Facebook professional groups + direct messaging • Instagram engagement + DM strategy • YouTube authority positioning + outreach • On-Camera & Professional Presence (must-have) • Comfortable joining video calls with practitioners • Professional appearance appropriate for aesthetic medical professionals • Able to record short video outreach when needed • Confident and articulate in English 📩 If you meet the experience outlined above, we’d love to hear from you.
