Company: Floral Art by Nandini (floralartbynandini.com) Location: RMV 2nd Stage, Bangalore Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹25,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team in Bangalore. As an e-commerce brand that grows primarily through Meta Ads, our visual content is our most important asset. You will be responsible for capturing the beauty and utility of our home decor products through high-quality photography and cinematic video. Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Content Production: Lead the styling, shooting, and execution of all product photography and video assets. • Ad-Optimized Content: Create "scroll-stopping" video ads for Instagram and Facebook, focusing on product hooks, lifestyle shots, and aesthetic transitions. • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into high-performing Reels and ad creatives, including basic color grading and sound syncing. • Basic Copywriting: Draft engaging captions and on-screen text that effectively communicate product features and brand story. Equipment Requirements • Personal Gear: Candidates must own and bring their own professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera capable of high-definition video and photography. • Stabilization: Ownership of a Gimbal is required to ensure smooth, cinematic movements for video content and product walk-throughs. Requirements • Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused photography and short-form video (Reels/Ads). • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of lighting, framing, and camera settings for indoor product shoots. • Creative Eye: A deep understanding of home decor aesthetics—how to style a space to make a product look premium yet lived-in. • Editing Skills: Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or VN).
