Role Overview: You will be joining Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa in Mumbai as a full-time Corporate Lawyer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal and regulatory affairs, providing legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and representing the organization in legal matters. Your tasks will also include advising on corporate governance, handling intellectual property rights, and resolving legal disputes related to business operations.
