Steward /captain

Company Flow, Cocktails & Cuisine is 100 cover modern european cocktail bar at Baner, Pune. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward/Captain, located in Pune, at Flow- Cocktails & Cuisines. The professional in this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage service to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing table arrangements, attending to guest queries and needs promptly, providing a welcoming environment, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include guiding and training staff and assisting in maintaining seamless service workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage services, including handling and presentation of meals and drinks. Skills in providing Training and mentoring team members to uphold high service standards. Experience in Food Service processes and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage operational tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage.
