Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with managers to ensure smooth communication and project progress. Cold Calling • make initial calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Flow Interio's services. • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and project scope. ● Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure quotes align with project expectations. ● Customer Relationship Management: ○ Keep track of leads and sales activities using CRM software. ● Maintain records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the company CRM. ○ Ensure that all documentation and sales activities are properly organized and up-to-date.
