- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations. - Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction. - Coordinate with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff for smooth service flow. - Handle guest queries and resolve basic complaints professionally. - Ensure proper table setup and hygiene standards are maintained. - Monitor grooming and discipline of service staff. - Support in training and guiding junior stewards. - Assist in billing coordination and closing procedures. - Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and ongoing promotions.
